Privacy Notice

When you submit the contact form, the following is recorded:

• Your name, work email address, company and role.
• The message you write.
• The page you submitted from, the referring page, and any campaign parameters in the link you arrived through.
• Your IP address and browser user agent, kept to limit automated abuse of the form.

Every field except the message is required in order to reply. Please do not put confidential or sensitive information in the message box.

To read and answer your enquiry, and to keep a record of enquiries received. It is not sold, rented, or used to build advertising audiences, and it is not used to send marketing you did not ask for.

• The submission is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database in the Schwaner & Co. account.
• Two emails are sent through Resend, an email delivery provider: a notification to Schwaner & Co. and a confirmation to you.
• Nobody outside Schwaner & Co. reads your enquiry. Cloudflare and Resend process it only to store and deliver it.

This site uses Plausible Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not collect personal information or track people across sites. Page views and a small number of interaction events are recorded in aggregate. The contents of the contact form are never sent to analytics.

Enquiries are kept for as long as there is a live conversation, and for up to two years after the last contact so that a returning enquiry has context. After that they are deleted. You can ask for deletion sooner at any time.

The site is served over HTTPS with HSTS. The database is not publicly reachable, and the endpoints that read or delete stored enquiries require an administrator credential. Access is limited to Kevin Schwaner.

You can ask for a copy of what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email [email protected] with the address you used on the form. Requests are answered within 30 days. There is no charge, and asking does not affect any conversation in progress.

If this notice changes, the date above changes with it. Material changes will be described on this page rather than made quietly.
