    Week 1

    We start with a deep-dive session to understand your goals, current partnership landscape, and target outcomes. Output: a clear scope of the partnership categories we'll pursue and why.

    Week 2

    We build a prioritized target list of 50–200 specific partnership candidates. For each, we identify the right buyer, the partnership angle, and the opening hook. You approve the list before outreach begins.

    Outreach & qualification

    Weeks 3-4, ongoing

    We run the outbound. Personalized introductions, follow-ups, discovery calls. You get weekly pipeline updates. Qualified opportunities come to you fully briefed and warm.

  4. 04

    Deal orchestration

    Ongoing

    We run the partnership conversation from first meeting through signed agreement. You step in where your expertise is needed — not to chase replies or manage back-and-forth.

6-month minimum engagement. Monthly retainer plus performance fees on closed deals. Typical investment: mid-five to low-six figures annualized, depending on scope.
